- The costs are per person per night and are for a minimum
of 7 nights package on the train
- All the costs are excluding Govt Service tax which presently
is @ 2.58 % on the total bill. Â Â This service
tax is to be added to any of these costs.
- 10% Surcharge shall be levied on departures during Christmas
/ New Year.
- Triple occupancy is not available.
The Tariff includes :
- Tariff is inclusive of travel/ catering/ conducted sightseeing
/ entrance fee at monuments / parks / palaces / cultural programs
/ boat ride at Udaipur / rickshaw ride at Bharatpur.
The Tariff does not include:
- Drinks, tips, laundry, telephone calls, video camera fees,
Business Car Facilities, Spa Car Facilities, liquor and other
items of personal nature.
Silver class: Deluxe cabin + group transfers,
sightseeing and other excursions.
Gold Class: Deluxe cabin + Individual transfers
+ Individual Sightseeing and other Excursions + Individual guide
for sightseeing.
Platinum class: Presidential suite + Individual
transfers, + Individual Sightseeing and other Excursions + Individual
guide for sightseeing.
Booking Policy
Payment:
- At the time of booking: USD 1000 per person, non refundable,
non-adjustable.
- Balance payment: 60 days before departure.
Cancellation terms:
- 30% of ticket value 59-45 days prior to departure.
- 50% of ticket value 44-30 days prior to departure.
- 100% of ticket value less than 29 days prior to departure.
